Microgreen Power Salad

Ingredients:
- Handful of micro broccoli
- Handful of micro radish
- Handful of pea tendrils
- Sliced cucumber and cherry tomatoes
- Feta or goat's cheese
- Lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Combine microgreens and salad vegetables in a bowl.
- Crumble cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season to taste and serve.
