Pasta with Pea Tendrils & Lemon

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 150g linguine or spaghetti
- Handful of fresh pea tendrils
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: grated pecorino or nutritional yeast
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and return to the pan.
- Add lemon zest, juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Fold in the pea tendrils while the pasta is still warm to lightly wilt them.
- Serve with optional cheese or yeast flakes.
