Seared Steak with Micro Red Basil & Radish Salad

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 sirloin or rump steaks
  • Handful of micro red basil
  • Handful of micro radish
  • 4–5 radishes, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • Optional: balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Season steaks and sear in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes each side (adjust to preferred doneness).
  2. Rest steaks for 5 minutes.
  3. Toss sliced radish, micro red basil, and micro radish with a little olive oil and salt.
  4. Slice steak, top with the microgreen salad, and drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.
