Seared Steak with Micro Red Basil & Radish Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 sirloin or rump steaks
- Handful of micro red basil
- Handful of micro radish
- 4–5 radishes, thinly sliced
- Olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Optional: balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Season steaks and sear in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes each side (adjust to preferred doneness).
- Rest steaks for 5 minutes.
- Toss sliced radish, micro red basil, and micro radish with a little olive oil and salt.
- Slice steak, top with the microgreen salad, and drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.
